Founded in 1999 as a commercial debt management company, DBS served small and mid-sized businesses that were experiencing "cash flow problems" and required assistance in reducing their debt load. By negotiating and restructuring current debt and finding new funding sources, we helped keep many business out of the bankruptcy courts. As time went on, we found that, many times, burdensome debt was also a "symptom" of deeper problems. Helping business owners locate the true source of the "disease" and then providing paths towards a long term "cure" became our mission statement. Hence our motto: Bring REAL solutions to the REAL problem. |

If you didn't see a page or link that answered a specific need, then we didn't do our job of conveying the fact that we either can handle your "situation" in house or we will refer you to our extensive group of bankers, investors, attorneys, consultants or other professionals we work with.
